Ar įjungti mobilieji duomenys
Norint naudotis mobiliais duomenimis pirmiausia reikia įsitinkinti ar aktyvuota mobilaus interneto funkcija. Savo telefono nustatymuose, skambučių valdymo menu, patikrinti ar įjungtas mobilus internetas – jeigu ne tai įjunkite. Telefonas per kelias minutes ar greičiau prisijungs prie ryšio tinklo ir paslaugos veiks be problemų.
Ar SIM kortelė registruojasi prie tinklo
Patikrinkite ar jūsų telefonas yra prisijungęs prie tinklo. Tai galite pamatyti savo telefono ekrane pažiūrėję į tinklo signalo stiprumo ikoną. Jeigu matote nors vieną ryšio padalą – jūsų telefonas yra prisijungęs prie tinklo, kitu atveju perkraukite telefono aparatą.
Ar įjungtas skrydžio rėžimas
Įjungtas telefono skrydžio rėžimas atjungia telefono nuo tinklo, išjungia mobilaus ir bevielio interneto ryšį, bei atjungia kitas mobilaus ryšio paslaugas. Savo telefono nustatymuose, skambučių valdymo menu, patikrinti ar įjungtas skrydžio rėžimas – jeigu taip tai išjunkite. Telefonas per kelias minutes ar greičiau prisijungs prie ryšio tinklo ir paslaugos veiks be problemų.
Susisiekite su savo paslaugų teikėju jeigu nepavykta įjungti mobilaus ryšio .
Jūs galite bandyti tris kartus įvesti SIM PIN kodą. Jeigu įvesite klaidingą kodą – jums reikės įvesti PUK kodą. PUK kodas – tai aštuonženklis PIN kodo atblokavimo kodas. Kodą galite rasti:
- ant SIM kortelės pagrindo (jeigu turite)
- prisijungę prie savitarnos svetainės Mano BITĖ savitarnoje pasirinkite „Planas“- > „Blokavimai“.
Numerio perkėlimo paslauga - tai galimybė abonentui dabartinį operatorių pakeisti į mobiliojo ryšio operatorių „Bitė", nekeičiant savo abonentinio telefono numerio. Pasinaudoti mobiliojo ryšio perkėlimo paslauga, nekeičiant savo telefono numerio, gali visi Lietuvoje veikiančių mobiliojo ryšio operatorių abonentai ir išankstinių mokėjimo už paslaugas planų vartotojai (užregistravę telefono numerius esamo operatoriaus duomenų bazėje).
Telefono numerį perkelti galite užpildę numerio perkėlimo prašymą BITĖS salonuose. Numerio savininkas turi pateikti asmens dokumentą (pasą, asmens tapatybės kortelę arba naujo pavyzdžio vairuotojo teises).
Numerio perkėlimo paslauga yra nemokama ir perkeliamas iš vieno tinklo į kitą įvyksta per 1 darbo dieną (išskyrus 1, 2 ir paskutinę mėnesio dienas, savaitgalius ir šventines dienas).

You will need to sign a fixed-term contract. Minimum contract term is 24 month. Fiber optic internet is a fast, reliable and unlimited internet connection for your home or business. Fiber-optic Internet speeds can reach up to 1 Gb/s and you will be able browse comfortably at home by connecting as many devices at once as you need. Whether you're browsing, uploading large video files, playing computer games, or using video chat apps, you can do it without interruption using fibre-optic internet.
Before you order a fiber-optic Internet service, we will check whether there are technical possibilities to install it at the address specified by you. Once you have agreed on the installation of the service and you have ordered a fiber optic internet plan, a SIM card with unlimited mobile internet data will be activated immediately. The service requires a router that has a WAN connection for a fiber-optic Internet cable and a slot for a mobile Internet SIM card.
Together with BITĖ's technical partner, we will install the fiber optic network line at the address specified by you and configure the service within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. As needed, our engineers will connect and configure additional equipment in your office.
When installing a fiber-optic Internet line, engineers may need to perform drilling and wiring and fixing of Internet equipment.
